All products sold by Waterproof TVs Direct Limited are manufactured by DAAK Ltd T/A Techvision. Here are the details of your Manufacturers Warranty.
DAAK Ltd T/A Techvision ["the company"] warrants to the original purchaser of our waterproof televisions ["the products" against material , component and workmanship defects for 2 years. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers operational failure.
The products have been certified to meet CE regulations and IP tested against dust and water ingress.
EXCLUSIONS
The company is only responsible for operational failure of the products. The company shall not be liable for any damage to the products caused by third parties, negligence of the purchaser, intentional damage, improper storage, installation not carried out to the installation guide and by a person not qualified to do so. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, which may be caused by every day use or damage resulting from Acts of God.
The warranty applies to the operational failure of the products only and does not extend to any installation subsequently performed by a third party.
LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
Under no circumstances shall The Company be liable for consequential or economic loss or damage arising out of breach of any express or implied warranty. The customer's rights under the Sale Of Goods Acts 1979 are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Company's liability under this warranty shall never exceed the original purchase price less the cost of any interim service or repair extended during the warranty claim. In the event of a claim during the warranty period, The Company, at it's sole discretion, will repair or replace the product. Under no circumstances shall The Company be responsible for the removal of the product from the premises or any subsequent costs relating to the installation of the replaced product.
Any claim under this warranty must be made in writing to:

A full description must be included with the claim as well as any supporting material.
The Company will take a maximum of 30 days to determine and fulfill its obligations under the warranty.
The purchaser shall provide "proof of purchase". This must state date of purchase and the purchaser is in fact the original purchaser of the product.
The purchaser's failure to abide by the terms of this provision shall void any responsibility of The Company to cover the products under this warranty.
